AWH offers the following specialties:

Obstetrics - Management of care of pregnancy and childbirth. We offer a variety of prenatal and childbirth classes.

Gynecology - Diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders of the female reproductive system.

Maternal-Fetal Medicine- Specialized consultation services for high risk pregnancies complicated by maternal and fetal conditions.

Gynecologic Oncology - Provides comprehensive care for women with premalignant or malignant conditon of the reproductive system.

Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery- Urinary incontinence affects 17 million Americans, of whom 85 percent are women. We offer evaluation, counseling followup and several treatment options that include behaviorial techniques, pelvic muscle training, medications, and surgery.

Nurse Midwife- The collaborative team of a nurse midwife and physician offer women an optimal combination of care with specialized services as needed. The professional interaction between the midwife and the physician clearly enhance the practice of both specialties.

Weight Loss- Our physican-directed, non-surgical programs offer strategies unavailable to commerial weight loss programs. Customized plans based on metabolism, hormonal disorders, medication and other physical weight loss issues help patients lose weight quickly and safely, but most importantly, help keep the weight off long-term.

Additional Services include: Normal obstetrics, diagnosis and evaluation of high-risk obstetrics, annual gynecologic and well woman exams, adolescent gynecology, evaluation and treatment of abnormal Pap smears, preconception counseling and family planning, contraceptive counseling and treatment, diagnosis and initial treatment of infertility, diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic cancers, diagnosis and treatment of menstrual problems, menopausal and peri-menopausal management and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), osteoporosis counseling and treatment, vaginal surgery, laparoscopic surgery, hysteroscopic surgery, robotic surgery, amniocentesis, obstetrical and gynecological ultrasound, Nuchal translucency testing, biophysical profiles, fetal non-stress tests, and body composition analysis.

About Our Practice

On January 1, 1997, four prominent practices, committed to providing quality women's health care, joined together with the goal of creating a continuum of care for women that was easily accessible and convenient for the female patient.

Associates in Women's Health, PA, consists of 17 doctors in Wichita and its Metro area. For our patient convenience we offer services at three clinical locations and two additional satellite locations through our Newton office.  The administration office is centrally located to meet all of your billing and insurance needs.

Office Hours and Locations?

We offer services at three offices; East, West and Newton, Kansas.  Our Newton office also offers services at our satellite office in Park City. Please see our contacts and locations page for the specific office hours at each individual location. We are generally open Monday through Friday and closed on weekends and holidays.

Confidentiality and Medical Records

The confidentiality of our patient's protected health information is of utmost importantance to us. All of your medical records are considered confidential information. We will release the records or any part of them only if you give us written authorization and after confirmation of a signature on file of your acknowledgement of our privacy practices notification. Associates in Women's Health adheres to the guidelines for release of protected health information as set forth in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
